This camp is open to students from all over the world with a high percentage of American teenagers at camp. The prime focus is sports!
Set on the East Coast of the USA, in Easthampton, Massachusetts, at Williston North Hampton School. A small, very friendly community and town.
Activities
In addition to your English course, an exciting varied sports, leisure and excursion program awaits you at our Lake Chiemsee / Inzell camp! Due to Corona requirements and official requests we might need to adjust or change our program shortly before or while the program is running.

The camp is located on the grounds of the Bavarian Sports Association in Inzell and consists of several little cabins that form a camp ‚village‘. Each cabin will be shared with up to 8 to 12 youths. Each cabin holds their own toilets, showers and a common area. With the mountains on the door step, there is a variety of leisure activities that can be participated in.
Of course everything will be operated differently this summer as we have to follow COVID-19 guidelines by the local government as well as the sporting association to ensure the health and well-being of all students, teachers, coaches and camp staff.
Language Courses
German
For those students who wish to learn German during their time at camp, we offer a wide range of German classes suitable for all levels from complete beginners to advanced students. Our classes are aimed at being a modern activity based learning experience whilst combining fundamentals such as spelling, grammar and vocabulary studies with fun exercises. With a lot of German students coming to camp, there will be plenty of opportunities to practice your German outside the classroom.
Students learning German will receive an XPFoundation – Travel 2 Grow certificate for their completion of their language course.
Englisch
For those students who would like to improve their English skills, we offer English classes from Beginner to Advanced level.
At the end of the language course, all participants will receive an individual Performance Report / Personal Language Certificate.
If you like you can also participate in a formal test, called Anglia Examinations. Anglia Examinations allow us to help you gain this internationally recognised English qualification according to the CEFR – Common European Framework of Reference for Languages. (Additional Fee for Anglia Examinations Certificate: € 89)
Accommodation
You will live in one of the rustic log houses, which normally accommodate 8 to 12 young people each. Due to the current situation, we will adjust this number in accordance with the legal regulations valid at the time of travel. More than in the past, we might also accommodate participants in small apartments, each with 2 to 6 beds, right next to the log houses. In each of the houses you have your own shower and toilet areas and your own small lounge area. Of course, you are welcome to live in the same house with a friend. This must simply be logged in with our team prior to arrival.
Excursions
Half-day excursion: Chiemgau Coaster – the summer sledge fun & shopping in Ruhpolding (included your two week package price)
Once a week we take you to Ruhpolding, a traditional Bavarian summer and winter vacation destination.
Chiemgau Coaster: Enjoy the ride!
At first you are being pulled up into the forest, around a curve … hold on! Now it’s down the mountain at a breathtaking pace! We combine this experience with a stroll through the town of Ruhpolding, some shopping, a few photos in a traditional Bavarian setting.
Full day excursion: Prien am Chiemsee climbing park or Übersee high ropes course & boat trip to „Herrenchiemsee Island and Castle“

Adventure PUR – let’s go! The bus takes you from the camp to Lake Chiemsee! After a safety briefing, it’s off to one of the various local courses! Climbing – PURE adrenaline! Before or after the climbing park, you can take a boat to Castle Herrenchiemsee! We will also spend time at Lake Chiemsee, because it even has beaches!
Halbtagesausflug: Soccerpark Inzell – Fussballgolf
(im Komplettpreis enthalten)
Fussballgolf ist eine – in Deutschland noch recht junge, aufstrebende – Trendsportart, die die beiden Sportarten Fußball und Golf kombiniert. Ziel ist es, einen Fußball mit möglichst wenigen Schussversuchen durch verschiedene Hindernisse und über Geländeneigungen bis in ein Bodenloch zu spielen. Keineswegs nur für Fußballer!
Zusatzausflug: Salzbergwerk / Berchtesgaden (Extrakosten)|
Ab geht es in die TIEFE! Für alle Camper, die Möglichkeit das Salzbergwerk in Berchtesgaden zu besuchen. (Zusatzkosten € 39) inkl. betreutem Bustransfer, ca. 90 Min Einfahrt sowie Führung durchs Bergwerk, Lunchpaket.
